How we take care of every group
The family's and the school's peace of mind is the foundation of every trip. Here's how we work before, during and after each program. We have a safeguarding policy in place that lets us work with total safety.
Our own logistics coordination
We manage transport, accommodation and activities directly for every group, with no subcontracted middlemen.

We keep the school, and where relevant the families, informed before, during and after the trip.

Programa BE: a bilingual, international project for your school
A platform for teachers with a bank of ready-to-use classroom challenges and projects, organized into learning pathways and based on Design Thinking and project-based learning. The school integrates it as a subject, and teachers apply it in class without having to build anything from scratch.

Teachers get access to a community and a bank of ready-made challenges, projects and materials, organized by theme — STEAM, ecology, digital thinking, emotional intelligence. It's not content for students to browse on their own: it's the teacher's working tool in the classroom.
Ongoing training and support
We train the teaching staff to apply the methodology and support the school throughout the whole school year, with permanent pedagogical support — we don't stop at launch.

After more than 12 years working together at the same company, a leader in the education sector, we decided to open our own path: to take on this adventure and do things our way. That's how Unique Intercambio was born. One team, two ways of supporting learning.
Felipe Goldschmidt
Co-founder — coordination, suppliers and planning
I'm Felipe Goldschmidt, father of two, mountain lover and psychopedagogue for more than 18 years. My passion for travel began at 17, with a year-long exchange in India: that experience taught me that getting to know other cultures is as enriching as reading a good book. Since then, I have devoted myself to international education programs, because I know that trip, that moment, is unique. After more than ten years working side by side with Ana, we took the big step together: creating the project we had always dreamed of. That's how Unique Intercambio was born.

Co-founder — educational programs and school relations
I've spent more than 12 years working in education, and what drives me most is watching young people discover the world, lose their fears and grow a little further from home. Yoga taught me to listen to myself; animals, to care without expecting anything in return; and every trip, that what truly transforms us doesn't fit in a suitcase. That's how Unique Intercambio was born: a project that started with a lot of enthusiasm and one clear idea, to create experiences that leave a mark.
